 His father's name is Mr. Mohammed Alauddin Khan. He was born in the aristocratic Khan family of Uttar Damodya village in Damodya upazila of Shariatpur district. Due to his father's government service, he got the opportunity to get education in different districts of the country. He passed S.S.C. and H.S.C. from Blue Bird High School, Sylhet and Comilla Government College respectively. He holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Management from Dhaka University. He holds B.Ed. and M.Ed. degree from National University and Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology respectively. He received various trainings on primary education.
